Robert Dickson, founder of Strategix Project Management, offers over 25 years of experience in construction and project management.
Beginning his career in London, he gained extensive expertise as a Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager, working on major projects with a Tier 1 contractor. After relocating to Melbourne, he advanced to more senior roles, managing complex developments valued at up to $300 million.

In 2018, Robert founded a project management company to deliver exceptional project outcomes, with a focus on projects that drive social impact. The desire to undertake projects with visions and initiatives that have a social impact stems from his early career in social housing and student accommodation, extends through his work in aged care, and now centers on education and research projects.
Since then, his leadership has driven the successful management of projects worth up to $300 million, combining a deep understanding of complex governance with a commitment to sustainability and excellence.
